Importing data into Excel does not work

If you are importing our CSV export data into Excel and the data is all scrambled it looks like Excel uses the wrong delimiter.
Two options:
1) try importing with Google-Sheets if you are allowed to use it
2) In Excel on a Mac (similar on Windows)
- click File in the menu
- click Import
- select "CSV file" and click "Import"
- Select the file
- next screen should have "Delimited" enabled
- click Next
- Select "Comma" and deselect the other option that was selected
- click Next
- Click Finish
- Import
