Can I specify the inventory location for Exchanges?
If you have several inventory locations - one for your physical store - and another for the online - this is the perfect use case.
You can choose which inventory you'd like Rich Returns to use when your customers exchange items. You can find the specifics when heading to Return settings -> Exchanges -> Variant Exchanges -> Enable Variant Exchanges with locations.
The locations in the dropdown menu are the ones already created in your Shopify store.
