Yes, this highly requested feature has landed and is here to stay on Rich Returns!
Your customers can now request an exchange for a different item. And it has never been easier to do so. This section can be found when heading over from your Dashboard -> Exchanges -> Advanced Exchanges (tab).
For a quick overview of how this feature works and can be implemented, slide over to our presentation:
Good to know:
  • Advanced Exchanges are always assumed as even exchanges which means that the customer is not automatically charged/refunded for a price difference
  • While you can offer exchanges for cheaper/more expensive items, you need to manually charge or refund the price difference in this case
  • We are checking the live inventory levels for the selected product on your Shopify store while the customer chooses an exchange
