Playbook for "non-matching" product tags

This happens to the best of us, so do not worry about it.

Sometimes, you are left wondering, even though you made sure to add the product tag in your Returns dashboard, the product still hasn't been excluded as a possible return.

The spelling of the word (tag) needs to be exactly the same as in Shopify! No additional whitespace, no additional new lines, no additional uppercase, and additional lowercase combinations, except when they are intentionally used, of course.

Example:

  • If you have "men sale 2020" in Shopify, you should have exactly the same tag in your Returns dashboard as well. Not correct: Men Sale 2020; Men sale 2020; Mensale2020;
