🔄 Exchanges

Products are being excluded for a return even if I have not added a product tag / product has no tag

  • Go to Return-Settings / General / Product Tags

  • Make sure that there are no blank lines or whitespaces in the textfield other than the product-tags you have added

  • If you haven't added any product-tags there should be not a single character in the textfield

  • Click save and try again
