Orders with phone numbers

Do you support orders where the customer has only entered their phone number at the checkout?
Yes we do. Customers can enter their phone number or their ZIP code in this case and go through the returns process. We will check for their current email address during the returns process to communicate all return related updates. SMS are not made for things like file attachements such as shipping labels, etc.
