Auto-Tracking has arrived.
By enabling this, the Return Status will automatically be updated to Shipped and Received when tracking events from Shippo/EasyPost are received as shipped/delivered.
Worth mentioning here is that Auto-Tracking will only work for Shippo and EasyPost. ShipStation is currently not providing tracking updates through their API.
Where do I find this and how can I enable it? Go to Return settings -> General -> Return methods -> Pre-Paid Return Label (automatic) -> Configure -> Auto-Tracking.We've got a 1-minute tutorial to get you set up and tracking in no time.
